Sophie Bot has been asked questions over 37,000 times by over 3000 users on our older android app
Deep learning
We have cleaned and answered that dataset to train a language model purely on question-answer pairs. She now can handle and answer unexpected questions just from our dataset of expected questions. All the user has to do is ask us their question in natural language and she will answer. The dataset includes safety nets for the language she doesn't understand yet, abuse and even flirting.
